Job Summary:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the PhonePe process. The role involves assisting customers with queries related to transactions, wallet issues, and payment concerns, ensuring a smooth customer experience for one of India’s largest digital payment platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and chats from PhonePe customers.
- Resolve customer queries related to transactions, refunds, failed payments, and other wallet issues.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to process compliance.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply (BPO experience preferred).
- Skills: Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Typing speed: Minimum 25 WPM preferred.

Salary Details:
- CTC: ₹23,000 – ₹26,000 per month (depending on experience)
- In-hand Salary: As per company norms
