We are a growing Salon Booking Platform that empowers customers to schedule salon services at their convenience. Our mission is to offer a seamless experience for users while enabling salon partners to grow through technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist users with app navigation, account setup, booking issues, payment failures, and error resolution.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the app or website (e.g., login problems, bugs, crashes).
- Liaise with the tech team to escalate unresolved technical issues and ensure timely fixes.
- Educate users and salon partners about new platform features and updates.
- Record, track, and update tickets in the internal CRM/helpdesk system.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements to processes or user journeys.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and explain app/platform functionalities
- Previous experience in IT helpdesk, tech support, or platform-based customer service
- Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic troubleshooting steps
- Patience, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting customers on mobile or SaaS-based platforms
- Understanding of mobile app behavior, common errors, and customer UX
- Prior exposure to salon-tech, beauty-tech, e-commerce, or service industry platforms
- Ability to manage escalations calmly and professionally

Pay: ₹11,080.83 - ₹50,000.00 per month
