We are looking for energetic and motivated freshers to join our team as Customer Success Executives. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries using a ticketing system and working across various online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries through a ticketing system in a timely and professional manner
- Use multiple e-desk platforms to manage support tickets
- Assist customers related to e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, eBay, etc.
- Maintain basic data and reports using Excel or Google Sheets
- Ensure excellent customer handling and service experience
- Work in rotational shifts, with primary duties scheduled on weekends
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) is a plus
- Good communication skills and a problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours, especially on weekends
