CTC: ₹32,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer queries and issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately
- Ensure customer satisfaction through end-to-end resolution
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Support
- Mandatory Technical Support (Troubleshooting) experience
- Excellent English communication skills with C1 proficiency
- No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tongue Influence)
- Must be a Graduate
- Interview Process: HR Round → Ops Round → Versant
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
