We are hiring freshers for the role of Customer Service Representative in our freight forwarding team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to begin a career in logistics and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with shipment queries and updates
- Support the team with documentation and data entry
- Track shipments and coordinate with internal departments
- Communicate with clients via email and phone
- Learn about logistics processes and customer handling
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream
- Must have a good academic record
- Strong communication skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Positive attitude and team player
Salary:
₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on interview and academic performance)
