Job Summary
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive (Call Support) who will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolve queries, provide product/service information, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
- Escalate complex issues to higher support teams when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet support performance targets.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Undergraduate with 0–2 years of experience in customer support or call center (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Good listening skills, patience, and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
