Job Overview:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives to join our voice support team in Bangalore. This role involves managing customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring a great service experience. Candidates should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi and prior work experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Understand and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate call records and system entries
- Meet assigned targets for quality and productivity
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass
- Experience: 6 months preferred (BPO or non-BPO)
- Communication: Good verbal skills in English and Hindi
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, 6 days a week
- Must be based in Bangalore or open to relocation
Job Details:
- Work Mode: On-site (office-based in Bangalore)

- Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 weekly off
