Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the provided app to examine images of phones, focusing on all six sides of the device to evaluate its cosmetic condition.
- Assess the condition of each phone within a few seconds, adhering to predefined guidelines and criteria.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency in grading phone conditions.
- Adhere to SLAs and performance metrics established by the company.
- Report any issues or discrepancies encountered during the grading process to the appropriate channels.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information related to phone assessments.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using smartphone applications and technology-driven platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to quickly discern nuances in phone conditions.
- Ability to work in shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a suitable device for remote work.
