Position: Customer Service Representative – Voice Process

Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts
Experience Distribution: 30% Freshers, 70% Experienced (6–12 months of relevant experience)
Qualification Distribution: 70% Graduates, 30% Undergraduates

Salary Structure (WAHA – English/Kannada): Freshers: ₹20,100/- | Experienced: ₹21,000/-
Interview Rounds:
- TP Certified Assessor: Chat Simulation & Voice Interview
- Ops/Final Round: Stability Check

- Email Writing – B1 Level
- Typing Speed – Minimum 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
- Agreeableness Score – Minimum 20
