Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing information about products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and find appropriate solutions.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
- Follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability with a customer-focused attitude.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Work Environment:
- Office-based or remote (depending on company policy).
- May require working in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
