Job Title: Customer Service Associate (Blended Process) Voice & Chat
Shift: US Rotational Shifts (8hours working + 1 hour break)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Offs)
Mode: Work-from-office
Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Customer Service Executives for a voice-based process. You will assist international customers, primarily from the US, and handle customer inquiries and issues via Calls & Chat .The role requires working in night shifts and flexibility for rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries and resolve issues via voice communication.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain call documentation and meet KPIs (response time, customer satisfaction, etc.).
Eligibility:
- HSC with minimum 06 Months Of BPO Experience or Graduate Fresher with , Voice 0r Non Voice process.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in US rotational shifts and night shifts.
- Must be okay to travel and have no career gaps.
- No absconding from any previous company.
- Must have all documents in place (ID proof, educational certificates and company documents).
