We are hiring energetic and customer-focused Select Service Advisors for our Thane – Wagle Estate office. This role is a blend of customer service and renewals, ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers and providing quality service over calls.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing customers for service-related follow-ups and renewals.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for renewals and customer engagement.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
- Languages:
- Fluent in Hindi (mandatory)
- Additional Language Requirements:
- Hindi + Marathi – 15 openings
- Gujarati + Marathi – 10 openings
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound customer service.
- HSC (12th pass) or higher education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹20,000 (In-hand) + Attractive Incentives
- Additional Benefits: PF, ESIC, and other statutory benefits (on-roll employment)
Work Schedule:
- Working Days: 5 days/week
- Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs (between Monday to Friday)
- Timings: Day shift (No night shifts)
