To strengthen our customer experience, we are looking for a Customer Service Officer who will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for all customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Handle order updates, complaints, and service-related queries with professionalism.
- Coordinate with the sales, service, and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Track and follow up on service calls, installations, and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and trust.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,453.76 - ₹32,320.39 per month
