Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Care Manager to lead our customer service team and ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer experience, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the customer care team.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback/coaching to team members.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to ensure consistent customer experience.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer handling skills.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Analyze customer trends and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar leadership role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
