About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and respond to customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide solutions and resolve issues within the given timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalated cases.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service (voice or non-voice process).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
