Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide timely and accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
- Record and document customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues.
- Meet daily/weekly performance metrics and service levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred (for experienced candidates):
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or helpdesk environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer handling techniques.
