- Attend Phone + Video calls from 10am to 6pm Monday to Saturday
- Know throughout knowledge about the product we sell and provide solutions to the service center calls
- Will have to visit showrooms with our Quality Manager for Complaints and Demos
- Have complete knowledge about car audio system and car electronics in General (MUST HAVE)
- We provide basic product training and guidance
- Someone with basic excel skills – just to make a log of complaints
- Daily basis track complaints, and report to quality manager at DHC
