We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Advisor for handling Inbound Calls / Email / Chat Support for our International Blended Process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails and chats.
- Resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
- Record customer interactions, issues and resolutions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and support with a problem-solving approach.
Requirements:
- Education: HSC or Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: Freshers can apply. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or BPO is preferred.
- Experience in an international call center is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good computer knowledge with typing skills.
- Shift: Day Shift (Rotational), 5 days working a week.
- Week Off: Rotational.
