A Customer Relations Executive plays a vital role in managing clients and ensuring a smooth experience
Duties and responsibilities
- Work with the sales and marketing team to maximize revenue through strategic planning and promotions
- Promote additional services, upgrades, or amenities to enhance the client experience.
- Generate reports on leads, closing, appointments and patient feedback
- Provide information on package deals, promotions, and special offers.
- Stay informed about the clinics facilities, services, and policies.
- Keep track of dates of procedures and update the reservation system accordingly.
- Ensure accuracy in billing.
- Coordinate with front desk and other departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Relay requests or requirements to relevant departments.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain a database of client information and preferences.
- Respond promptly to emails and phone calls regarding treatments.
- Foster positive relationships with all patients and clients
- Be flexible in handling last-minute changes and adjustments
- Solicit feedback from patients and report any recurring issues or suggestions to management.
A Customer Relations Executive in should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a client-centric approach to ensure a positive experience for clients. Additionally, knowledge of healthcare systems and a good understanding of the clinic’s policies, standards and ethics are essential
