Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate with clients to seek their feedback
- Coordinate with clients to follow up for payments
- Update database with follow ups done
- Explain client about our services (occasionally)
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Commerce/ management or other equivalent degree or diploma
- Confident approach
- Good communication skills in Hindi or English
- Prior experience of customer relationship
- A patient approach while dealing with customers
- Capability to handle pressure and sustain under challenging time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
