Job Summary:

The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) serves as the key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring smooth communication between the customer and internal departments. The CRE plays a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the sales and dispatch process.

Job Description:

• Responsible for direct communication with customers to handle queries and concerns.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Answer enquiry calls and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly sales reports.
• Update the Call Enquiry Form with all incoming customer details and requirements.
• Keep the Dispatch Form updated with accurate dispatch-related information.
• Follow up on customer work orders to ensure timely processing and completion.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to monitor dispatch and delivery progress.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure customers receive orders on time.
• Contact and coordinate with courier services for dispatch and delivery tracking.
• Support internal teams by communicating customer feedback and issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any related
• 1+ years of experience in sales,customer service or related roles
• Knowledge of basic tools like Google Sheets, MS Excel, or CRM software is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
