We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Relation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and the ability to provide exceptional service to students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student/parent inquiries via phone, mail, and in person
- Provide accurate information about our courses and services
- Maintain positive relationships with students and stakeholders
- Assist with admission and enrollment processes
- Follow up with prospective leads and ensure smooth communication
Requirements:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred)
- Prior experience in customer relations/academic counseling is an added advantage
