Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Location: Kolkata 24 south parganas – Ather Energy Dealership
Department: Sales / Customer Experience
Reporting To: Sales/Experience Manager
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Welcome walk-in customers and assist them through their vehicle experience journey.
- Provide detailed information about Ather products, test rides, pricing, and financing options.
- Manage test ride scheduling, execution, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer records, leads, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with service and delivery teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support event campaigns, ride meets, and community activities.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Graduate with good communication skills (Bengali, English & Hindi preferred).
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
- Energetic, tech-savvy, and passionate about electric mobility.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays (weekly off on rotation).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,700.88 - ₹26,807.90 per month
