Roles and Responsibilities:* The roles and responsibilities include: - Managing travel operations, including hotel bookings, flight tickets, and itinerary planning - Coordinating with clients to understand their requirements and preferences for holiday packages or tour packages - Processing visa applications and providing guidance on documentation procedures - Handling customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or in-person interactions - Maintaining accurate records of transactions and updates in the system.
