Role Overview:
Handle customer inquiries (inbound/outbound calls)
Coordinate with builders, brokers, and site visit teams
Follow up on payments, appointments, and leads
Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth communication flow
What We’re Looking For:
Strong verbal communication skills (English & Hindi)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-focused mindset
