Job Responsibilities:
– Handle incoming customer calls professionally
– Resolve queries related to products/services
– Maintain daily call records and follow-up lists
– Provide excellent customer support and service experience
– Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Skills Required:
– Good communication skills (Hindi/Punjabi)
– Basic computer knowledge
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn
