Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assesses customers issues and takes appropriate actions to ensure the customer’s needs are satisfied.
- Be proactive & take the initiative to explore & learn about the product that we offer.
- Understand standard operation procedures and delivery services that are according to the quality standards set by the company.
- Must have knowledge of Excel and word.
Location-Salt Lake sec-V (Webel More)
Morning Shift: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Experience: 6 months to 1 yr
Age-18 to 30 Yr
