What You’ll Need
- Graduate in any discipline (full-time or part-time)
- 0–3 years of experience in BPO or customer service roles
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle irate customers
- Familiarity with basic computer tools and CRM systems
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries over calls with professionalism and empathy
- Document interactions and follow-ups accurately in internal systems
- Provide product information using prepared scripts
- Manage escalations and ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Meet call quality, resolution, and service benchmarks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
