We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Game Zone Attendant / Arcade Operator to join our team! You will be the face of our gaming arcade, ensuring customers have a safe, fun, and memorable experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with game operations, game cards/tokens, and general inquiries.
- Guide guests on how to play games and use machines.
- Monitor arcade machines for any errors, perform basic troubleshooting, and report malfunctions to the technician/manager.
- Maintain a clean and organized gaming area, including wiping down machines and resetting games when needed.
- Ensure all guests follow safety rules and arcade guidelines.
- Support birthday parties, events, or group bookings when required.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum: 10th or 12th pass
- Preferred: ITI or Technical Diploma
- Basic understanding of electronics and mechanical devices is a plus
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and shifts
