We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Customer Advisor to join our sales team in our Lights & Furniture showroom. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are passionate about sales, interior products, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
- Explain product features, designs, and benefits to customers.
- Support customers in choosing the right lighting and furniture solutions.
- Maintain showroom display and ensure products are neatly arranged.
- Handle basic billing and coordinate with the cashier.
- Provide after-sales support and follow up with customers if required.
Requirements
- Fresher (No prior experience required – training will be provided).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, confident, and presentable.
- Passion for customer service and sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chakkai, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
