About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support – Sales Executive. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products/services to generate sales. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with customers will play a crucial role in achieving customer satisfaction and driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and offer relevant product or service solutions.
- Convert customer interactions into sales opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support or sales (preferably in a similar role).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (not mandatory for experienced candidates).
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Fluency in [English / regional languages, if applicable].
