Job Description
The role involves promoting and selling additional financial products to existing customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is an office-based role, and the ideal candidate should have prior sales experience and good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers to offer additional financial products and services
- Maintain good relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the system
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales or cross-sales experience (Banking/NBFC preferred)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email)
- Office-based work (No field work)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000
