Job Title: CRM Executive – Chat Process
Location: Andheri- Mumbai
Shift: Rotational shifts (9-hour shifts)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive (Chat Process) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in handling service and/or sales-related chat interactions. This role is suitablefor who are flexible with rotational shifts and weekly offs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries through live chat professionally and promptly.
- Handle both service-related and sales-related chats efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
- Meet performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or CRM role (Chat Process).
- Strong command over written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to handle high volumes of chat interactions with a calm and problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational weekly offs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
