- Check all emails received, sort & reply on daily basis
- Pre-Sales, Lead generation, coordination with sales & field team
- Daily calling for lead generation
- Achieving revenue targets as per given by management
- Co-ordinating for new lead & fixing meeting with sales team
- Order processing , KYC documentation, vendor registration
- Support Planning and coordination of a program and its activities
- Keep updated records and creat reports & proposals
- Keep updated records and creat reports & proposals
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Collaborating with internal department to ensure sales/order execution/queries/deliveries handle efficiently
- Responsible for generating reports
- Responsible for informative coordination with management /Marketing team by completing order & keeping customer informed of delays and delivery dates
- Attending enquiries from customers & follow up with same
- Respond to complaints from customers and gives after sales-support when requested
- Store & sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problem
- Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
