Infinite is looking for an experienced Sleep Technician proficient in CPAP and BiPAP installation and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should be skilled in patient setup, device configuration, and educating patients on sleep therapy equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure CPAP and BiPAP machines for patients
- Conduct patient education on usage, cleaning, and maintenance of devices
- Monitor therapy effectiveness and support compliance
- Provide follow-up care and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience with CPAP/BiPAP setup and support
- Diploma or certification in sleep technology or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and patient-handling skills

- To ensure all the visits to patient for installing, removal, sleep study report generation and physician meetings are not deviated from the schedule.
- To ensure for addressing all the schedule for conducting sleep studies, explaining and convincing patient about the health condition in coordination with referring physician.
- To ensure to coordinate with the internal team to execute uninterrupted service delivery.
- Connect/communicate with customers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis via call/message to as per the protocol defined.
- Document customer interactions, including phone calls and messaging and tracking health metrics.
- Create a feedback loop between customers, coaches, and Customer Support, Operations, referring physician and Product teams to help improve the customer and coach experiences.
- Work on creating content for relevant blog posts and content emails for our customers.
- Work on updating daily numbers in the excel sheet and publishing the EOD/weekly and monthly reports.
- Collection of payment through digital gateway and daily reconciliation of the same.
Authorities
- Make appropriate, timely and safe decisions on the management plan of the beneficiaries/customers in coordination with the health coach and referring physician.
Qualifications
- Skills & Abilities:
- Passion for health and wellness industry
- Stays up to date with current trends and update in the market
- Organized, detail-oriented team player with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills - writing, typing and phone.
- Must be open to feedback and have a desire to continuously learn and grow.
- Good computer proficiency - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power point)
- Flexible to work in any shift.
- Should be proficient in English mandatory
- English, Hindi & Telugu
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in sleep technician or Medical Field
- Rotational Shift and Ready for Travelling
