Job Description: Join our team at TQI as a Creative Visual Designer & Video Editor, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand vision. The ideal candidate should be with extensive creative expertise who can work alone & alongside a team to develop visually engaging designs to enhance brand visibility on social media and digital platforms with creative ideas.
Roles & Responsibilities:Graphic & Visual Designer
- Design visually appealing marketing materials for print, digital platforms, product packaging, and logo development while maintaining brand consistency across all formats.
- Create engaging and on-brand artwork, illustrations, and heavily guided design pieces for various product and service brands.
- Develop and present compelling design concepts using PowerPoint presentations, flowcharts, mood boards, and detailed layout compositions.
- Conduct ongoing research to support creative development and ensure trends are reflected in output; maintain and update product catalogs and asset libraries.
- Transform hand sketches into polished digital designs across relevant platforms.
- Help enhance digital brand visibility through thoughtful and strategic visual storytelling.
- Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to ensure innovation and relevance in all output.
Video Editor
- Edit and produce dynamic video content for brand campaigns, advertisements, tutorials, product showcases, and social media platforms.
- Ensure storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual effects align with the brand tone and marketing objectives.
- Work with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software to execute high-quality edits.
- Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to develop video concepts and storyboards.
- Optimize video formats for different platforms including YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads.
- Add animations, motion graphics, typography, sound design, and voiceovers where needed to enrich viewer engagement.
- Organize and maintain a well-structured video content library and raw footage archive for reuse and reference.
General Responsibilities
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Figma, and Canva.
- Streamline data entry processes and manage G-Suite (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.) for smooth team collaboration.
- Create and maintain an organized digital content repository for all creative assets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
