Job Overview:
We are looking for a Craft Work Helper to assist in the preparation, assembly, and finishing of craft and décor products (such as MDF, wooden, and handmade decorative items). The role involves supporting the craft team in day-to-day tasks, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in cutting, sanding, painting, and assembling craft products.
- Help with measuring, marking, and preparing raw materials.
- Support in packing, labeling, and organizing finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, tools, and materials.
- Follow safety guidelines while handling tools and paints.
- Assist craft team members during production and exhibitions.
- Carry out any other work-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of craft work, painting, or handiwork (preferred).
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Physically fit to handle manual work.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 30 – 54 per week
