Position Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate, driven, and goal-oriented course sales -UPSC to guide UPSC aspirants throughout their academic journey. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, approachable, and committed to helping students navigate the emotional and academic challenges of competitive exam preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for student inquiries, academic concerns, and counseling needs
- Provide accurate information about available programs, schedules, faculty, and institutional policies
- Offer personalized guidance and motivation to help students stay focused and on track
- Follow up consistently with prospective and enrolled students to ensure engagement and retention
- Collaborate with faculty and support staff to address student needs and share relevant feedback
- Maintain detailed records of counseling interactions, student progress, and action plans
- Assist walk-in candidates and support the admission process for smooth enrollment
- Organize motivational sessions, student check-ins, and retention initiatives
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred fields: Psychology, Education, or related disciplines)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
- Empathetic and approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), email communication, and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and prioritize student needs effectively
