- Cost Calculation:Develop detailed cost sheets for jewelry items, incorporating raw materials (gold, silver, precious stones), labor, manufacturing overheads, and waste.
- Cost Analysis:Conduct cost variance analysis to identify deviations from standard costs and understand their financial impact.
- Pricing Strategy:Provide insights into cost structures to support the development and optimization of pricing strategies to ensure profitability.
- Collaboration:Work closely with procurement to manage raw material costs and with production teams to understand labor and overhead expenses.
- Profitability:Analyze financial data to assess the profitability of various jewelry lines and contribute to overall financial performance.
