About the Traineeship Program
We are seeking a Cosmetic Chemist Trainee to join our R&D and product design team. This unpaid traineeship program (6–8 weeks) is ideal for students or fresh graduates in cosmetic science, chemistry, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical fields who are passionate about developing innovative, safe, and sustainable cosmetic formulations.
You will assist in formulation research, natural ingredient exploration, and eco-friendly product development for makeup and skincare concepts under Wabric’s innovation track.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in formulating prototypes for cosmetics (lipsticks, foundations, creams, serums, etc.).
- Research and experiment with natural, organic, vegan, and eco-friendly ingredients.
- Assist in stability, safety, and performance testing of cosmetic formulations.
- Document formulations, ingredient lists, and testing results.
- Explore skin-friendly dyes, natural pigments, and innovative textures.
- Work with the packaging & industrial design team to align formula with functional applicators and containers.
- Stay updated on global cosmetic safety regulations and trends.

Requirements
