Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to drive B2B sales, build client relationships, and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to close high-value corporate deals across sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new corporate clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Sales Pitching: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of each client.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Proposal Management: Create customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and progress in CRM tools.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote products/services.
- Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback to improve products/services and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record in B2B/corporate sales or business development.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales (depending on the level of the role).
Preferred Attributes:
- Existing corporate client network is a strong advantage.
- Experience in sectors such as IT, SaaS, FMCG, finance, or telecom is preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly professional demeanor.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
