Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare daily resort meals.
- Innovate recipes, plating, and garnishes.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.
- Oversee kitchen inventory, ordering, and cleanliness.
- Train and guide kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests to gather feedback and improve food experience.
- Help build Red Hill’s culinary reputation locally and beyond.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in multi-cuisine cooking.
- At least 1 year of experience as a chef/cook (preferred).
- Passion for hospitality and customer experience.
- Ability to manage time and resources efficiently.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
- Willing to commit to a minimum 2-year tenure.
