In this role, one must have Strong analytical skills, forecasting experience, scheduling, monitoring, communication skills, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.

Proficiency in WFM, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Relevant experience in BPO/ operations, WFM, or related fields.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.

Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data and reports
Responsibilities
-
Providing regular reports on Key Metrics and performance indicators (SLA/KPIs) to stakeholders
-
Publishing Monthly, yearly volumes, accuracy trending etc

Analyzing historical and current data and presenting meaningful/required insights to leadership

Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management
-
Create dashboards and visualizations to present data effectively
-
Working with operations, HR, and other departments to align workforce management strategies with business goals
-
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
-
Building dashboards and charts to visualize data trends and patterns.

Analyzing customer data to improve customer service and satisfaction
-
Analyzing operational data to improve efficiency and productivity.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
-
B.Sc./Technical graduate with relevant years of working experience as a real time analyst for a BPO/Corporate/organization

Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

B.Sc/B.Tech with Knowledge of WFM tools

Advance Excel knowledge

Good Analytical skills
