We are recruiting for a Consultant in the Deal Advisory Integration & Separation (I&S) team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement stakeholders on the buy-side or sell-side to plan and execute changes in the organization as required by the transaction. This will be across the deal cycle from pre-deal to post-deal phases of the transaction
- Support analytics on Due Diligence, Integration and Separation type projects and be responsible for first draft of significant sections, if not all, Operation Due Diligence commentary reports
- Assist in the development and presentation of final project deliverables
- Can make positive and valued contributions to the Operations Deal Execution project team when addressing client requirements
- Develop solutions to complex problems and challenge the thinking of more senior colleagues and clients
- Proactively co-ordinate with onshore engagement teams to procure new engagements / engagement work, obtain clarifications, communicate progress and post-delivery de-brief and feedback
- When not working on a project, provide support to senior colleagues in preparation of proposal materials.
- Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management activities
- Construct detailed financial / business models performing complex scenario and sensitivity analysis
Mandatory Skills
- MBA / Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college/university
- 3 to 5 years and above of previous experience of Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Procurement project management roles and responsibilities.
- Previous Operations project management experience
- Strong foundational understanding of the value drivers within Supply Chain, Procurement or Manufacturing
- Experience working within a Deals/M&A environment
- Experience of working on cross functional workstreams and take responsibility for deliverables
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with team members and broader (internal and external) stakeholders at various levels
- Ability review and assess large volumes of technical data and distil the key strategic insights
- Strong numerical capabilities combined with sound commercial acumen
- Strong knowledge of advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, such as Macros, VBA, etc.
