Hardware and Software Support:
- Troubleshooting:Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems, including those related to operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Installation and Configuration:Setting up new computers, peripherals, and software, ensuring they are correctly configured for optimal performance.
- Maintenance:Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as updating drivers, applying security patches, and backing up data.
- Repair:Fixing hardware malfunctions, replacing components, and ensuring systems are back online quickly.
Networking and System Support:
- Network Connectivity:Troubleshooting network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and VPN connections.
- Security:Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect systems from malware and other threats.
- User Support:Providing assistance to end-users, answering questions, and guiding them through problem resolution.
- System Administration:May be involved in basic system administration tasks, such as user account management and software distribution.
