Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor computer systems, hardware, and office software.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintain digital records.
- Prepare, compile, and manage reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Handle printing, scanning, emailing, and documentation tasks.
- Maintain data backups and ensure data security.
- Troubleshoot basic system and software issues.
- Assist office staff with technical and administrative support.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day computer operations in the workplace.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (preferred in Computer/IT stream).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and typing (English/Hindi as required).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
