Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day computer operations and documentation work.
- Manage and maintain data in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
- Prepare and update reports, records, and databases.
- Assist in creating and editing documents using ChatGPT and other AI tools.
- Ensure accuracy of data entry and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with team members for smooth workflow and reporting.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of ChatGPT/AI tools for content and reporting assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good typing speed and computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Prior experience as Computer Operator will be an added advantage.
