- Monitoring and resolving hardware/software issues, including minor maintenance and reporting malfunctions or damages.
- Ensuring compliance with lab policies (e.g., prohibiting food/drink near computers, managing secure access).
- Maintaining attendance records and usage logs.
- Guiding students and faculty in software updates, installations, and safety procedures.
- Contributing to curriculum development and selection of materials and manuals.
Required qualifications often include:
