- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and applicable regulatory guidelines across all retail outlets.
- Analyze retail operations data to identify compliance risks, trends, and improvement areas.
- Prepare, maintain, and audit compliance-related reports and trackers using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, audit, legal, etc.) to support investigations and ensure timely resolution of compliance issues.
- Assist in developing compliance checklists, SOP documentation, and training materials.
