We are looking for below required post:
Vacancy : 2 Interns (minimum work commitment of 1 year
)Stipend : Rs. 8,000/- for CS Executive passed candidates , Rs. 10,000/- for CS Professional passed candidates
Work type : In-Office , Mon to Fri - 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Sat 10.00 to 3.00 p.m.
About the internship
As a Company Secretary (CS) intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will be crucial in supporting the company's administrative and legal functions, and you will work closely with senior management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
.Key responsibilities1. Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements
2. Maintaining corporate records and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations
3. Coordinating board and committee meetings, preparing agendas and minutes
4. Assisting in the preparation of annual reports and filings with regulatory authorities
5. Conducting research on legal and regulatory issues affecting the company
6. Assisting in corporate governance and compliance initiatives7. Providing administrative support to the CS and senior management team
Opportunity to learn and skill up during Internship:1. Identify your USP in this particular field
2. Practical applications of the provisions of the Acts mentioned above
3. Client Handling and communication
4. Experience on legal documentation pertaining to the said Acts
5. Exposure of networking with professionals from different fields
6. Writing articles on subject matters related directly or directly to the said Acts
